The LGBTQIA+ community often faces obstacles that lead them to hesitate to be authentic and open about their identity. As an LGBT-founded agency, our mission is to break down those barriers, creating a safe space for those inside the community, both in and outside of imre.
Women's Initiative Network (WIN)
There are so many ways to be a woman and WIN is dedicated to championing all the things that make women at imre unique. Creating an environment that supports both their professional and personal growth, fights stereotypes, provides a safe space for conversation, and fosters experiences in which they can celebrate each other’s WINs, both in and out of the workplace.
The BIPOC Collective
Our mission is to serve as an educational resource for our peers and colleagues in gaining access to ideas, images, and perspectives to inspire and foster greater diversity within our creative work. We also aim to conduct forums for our employees of color and allies who would like to discuss diversity, equity and inclusion, spread awareness, and engage in difficult conversations to further educate.
