imre is seeking a Traffic Manager to assist as we grow our Creative team. The Traffic Manager will work daily with the Creative Team, Program Manager and Account teams to ensure the efficient and timely flow of creative projects.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Working with Program and Account Managers in kicking-off, scheduling and processing of creative projects
Working closely with Baltimore Traffic Manager to provide creative resources for all projects
Developing and maintaining project schedules
Daily interaction with Creative and Social teams to monitor project progress and ensure materials flow seamlessly through departments
Ensuring the highest quality standards in all client deliverables
Diligently working to identify process improvements related to traffic management including but not limited to briefing, workflow, communications and software platforms
Minimum of 5 years of traffic management experience in an advertising agency environment
Healthcare related and social media experience helpful
Must demonstrate a strong understanding of traffic processes in an advertising environment
Able to juggle multiple projects at one time, recognize priorities, and be solution oriented
Needs to be detail oriented and a proactive communicator
Is an effective team member and supports the team by pitching in at any level when needed
Excellent analytical, problem solving-and decision-making skills; able to drive decisions and ensure progress in the face of obstacles
Proactively seeks opportunities to increase knowledge, skills and abilities.
