General Summary

imre is an integrated marketing agency specializing in advertising, digital marketing, social media and public relations. imre is looking for a passionate, organized, detail oriented and hard-working administrative assistant. As a member of a small, tight knit team, this position will have opportunities to work with the Human Resources Department as well as the Administrative Department.

Principle Responsibilities and Duties

  • Review incoming resumes and forward qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Screen candidates for salary match with position budget
  • Identify candidates for first round interviews
  • Conduct 1st round video/phone screen, ensuring skill-match/suitability for in-person interview
  • Follow-up post-interview to collect interview notes and insights
  • Using google documents, organize and document notes for position searches into a shareable, online format, including interview notes and writing samples
  • Build a pipeline of potential candidates.
  • Provide weekly status updates on open requisitions to SVP of HR
  • Post open positions to job boards
  • Search job boards and social networking sites for potential candidates.
  • Manage job descriptions
  • Avoid legal challenges by complying with Federal and State legal requirements, including Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), Affirmative Action (AA) guidelines, and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

  • 2-3 years recruiting experience for social media and/or digital ad agency required
  • Pleasant demeanor and natural ability to be outgoing.
  • Confidentiality is an absolute must as this position will have access to salary information.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate proactively with hiring manger and SVP of HR.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills

Reports to SVP of HR

Working Conditions

Normal office environment, where there is no physical discomfort due to temperature, dust, noise, or smoke.
