imre Health is one of the fastest growing and most exciting agencies working in healthcare marketing today, and we’re looking to add an HCP Director of Strategy to our roster of rock stars.

Reporting to imre Health’s Vice President of Strategy, the HCP Director of Strategy will be accountable for digital-first brand strategy planning that sets apart some of the biggest and most successful healthcare brands in the world. Supporting our strategic methodology – every engagement begins with the question “how do you feel” – we’re looking for candidates who are passionate about healthcare, in relentless pursuit of innovation, and aggressively curious about ways to disrupt marketing to doctors and other healthcare professionals. This position requires candidates to take a lot of initiative and apply an entrepreneurial spirit as our agency continues to grow at a fast clip.

Principle Responsibilities and Duties

  • Partner with research team and analysts to design new methodologies for learning about behaviors and attitudes of HCPs.
  • Empower insights about HCP online behavior with a strong understanding of behavior in point of care settings.
  • Identify and segment prescribing influencers across specialties, settings and channels and apply insights into a wider digital marketing ecosystem.
  • Triangulate deep knowledge of therapeutic area with the patient journey and HCP digital behavior and attitudes into meaningful digital and social strategies designed to activate HCP audiences.
  • Inspire creative teams with provocative insights about HCP segments that lead to thumb-stopping digital content and disruptive, share-worthy experiences.
  • Consult with analytics teams on KPI programs that define success of digital marketing programs and lead initiatives to optimize our strategies.
