To unite MedImmune’s global workforce under a common company vision, IMRE helped the biologics division of Astra Zeneca to appoint employee “ambassadors” and create a social media platform for sharing company messages. This novel internal communications program contributed to the company’s 90% response rate for their annual engagement survey.
SOCIAL MARKETING
The campaign’s dedicated online portal allowed ambassadors to truly connect with their colleagues by hosting discussion threads, creating special groups of interest, posting messages, sharing reports and more.
